- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
- 5 strips bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 (31 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet.

2Drain off fat and put beef in crock-pot.

3Brown bacon and onions; drain off fat.

4Add bacon, onions and remaining ingredients to crock-pot.

5Stir together well.

6Cover and cook on low 5 to 9 hours (high 3 hours).
