- carrots, as many as you think you need
- potatoes, as many as you think you need
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste

1Mix together in crock-pot and cook on low while you are at work.

2Add any vegetables desired, even a can of mixed vegetables (cabbage, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.).
