  • 1 to 2 lb. stew beef (boneless and extra lean)
  • carrots, as many as you think you need
  • potatoes, as many as you think you need
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix together in crock-pot and cook on low while you are at work.

    Add any vegetables desired, even a can of mixed vegetables (cabbage, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.).

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
