- 1 lb. ground beef
- 10 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 can tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 peppers (green, red and/or yellow), cut into strips
Directions

1Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and sugar; set aside.

2In large skillet, heat oil over high heat.

3Add shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp just start to turn pink, about 3 minutes.

4Transfer to plate with slotted spoon. Reduce heat to medium.

5Add scallions, ginger and garlic to skillet.

6Cook until scallions soften slightly, about 1 minute. Add peppers; cook, stirring frequently, until just tender, about 3 minutes.

7Stir in broth mixture.

8Add shrimp.

9Bring to simmer. Cook until sauce thickens slightly and shrimp are heated through.
