- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 16 oz. container cottage cheese, mixed with 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
- 16 oz. pkg. Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Layer one-half of each of the noodles, cottage cheese, yogurt mixture, spinach, Mozzarella, then spaghetti sauce.

4Repeat.

5Top with Parmesan.

6Add the cup of water around the sides; cover tightly with foil.

7Bake at 350° for one hour.

8Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

9Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
