- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can boneless, skinless pink salmon
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 c. frozen broccoli
- finely shredded lemon peel
- 2 1/2 oz. medium noodles (2 c.)
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Meanwhile, chop celery.

3Drain salmon. Break into large chunks.

4In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine celery, condensed soup, milk, frozen broccoli, lemon peel and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

5Add salmon and uncooked noodles, then toss lightly until well mixed.

6Bake, covered, in a 350° oven about 50 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring once after 25 minutes of cooking.

7Sprinkle salmon-noodle mixture with cheese.

8Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
