  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sweet vinegar
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

    In a saucepan, combine sweet vinegar, water, soy sauce and sugar.

    Bring to a boil.

    Thread 6 shrimp on skewer.

    Dip skewers in sauce, then broil over hot coals.

    Brush constantly with sauce until shrimp are glazed and barely tender (just a few minutes) on each side.
