- 1/4 c. sweet vinegar
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine sweet vinegar, water, soy sauce and sugar.

2Bring to a boil.

3Thread 6 shrimp on skewer.

4Dip skewers in sauce, then broil over hot coals.

5Brush constantly with sauce until shrimp are glazed and barely tender (just a few minutes) on each side.
