Onion Casserole

- 3 medium onions
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Dice onions in fairly large chunks and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.

2Drain and put into a quart casserole dish. Pour one small can (or less) of evaporated milk over onions. Cover generously with grated cheese and bake at 325° until it bubbles and cheese melts.

3If too much liquid remains, cook a little longer.
