Onion Casserole

  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Dice onions in fairly large chunks and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.

    Drain and put into a quart casserole dish. Pour one small can (or less) of evaporated milk over onions. Cover generously with grated cheese and bake at 325° until it bubbles and cheese melts.

    If too much liquid remains, cook a little longer.
