- Parmesan cheese
- crispy buttery crackers
Directions

1Peel and slice onions into thin rings.

2Saute in margarine until limp or opaque.

3Pour half of onions into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

4Cover with Parmesan cheese, then crushed crackers.

5Repeat layers and bake, uncovered, in 325° oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
