- 6 medium onions, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Peel and slice onions; boil until transparent.

2Drain.

3Beat eggs with salt and pepper.

4Add milk, cracker crumbs and cheese. Stir in onions while hot.

5Pour into a 1 1/4-quart casserole dish. Drizzle with melted margarine.

6Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Will freeze well.
