  • 2 lb. yellow onions
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 c. croutons
  • 1 packet beef broth seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

    Slice onions thin.

    Add to pan with butter and saute.

    Stir. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add flour.

    Add packet of broth seasoning. Stir.

    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Put in casserole dish.
