- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz or club crackers
- 1 c. parmesan cheese
- 5 large onions
Directions

1Melt 6 Tbsp. butter and pour over crushed crackers.

2Slice onions thin and saute in remaining butter.

3Pour 1/2 the onions into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

4Cover with 1/2 of the cheese, then 1/2 of the buttered cracker crumbs.

5Repeat layers with remaining onions, cheese and crackers.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
