  • 4 Vidalia onions, sliced thin
  • sliced almonds
  • 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
  • crushed corn flakes
  • 3/4 stick butter

Directions

    Place a layer of onions in the bottom of a greased dish. Cover with a layer of almonds, then a layer of soup.

    Repeat the 3 layers; cover with crushed corn flakes.

    Pour melted butter over all.

    Cook until golden and the onions are soft at 350° for 45 minutes.
