  • 6 Tbsp. cold butter
  • 3/4 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Spray muffin pan with Pam or similar. Put flour in bowl; cut in cold butter.

    Add cheese and milk.

    Mix into a dough.
