- 6 Tbsp. cold butter
- 3/4 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Spray muffin pan with Pam or similar. Put flour in bowl; cut in cold butter.

3Add cheese and milk.

4Mix into a dough.
