  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
