- 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large can onion rings, crushed

1Flatten chicken breasts.

2Combine melted margarine, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

3Dip chicken in mixture, then roll in onions until coated. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick coating. Place chicken in dish. Top with remaining crumbs and liquid.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
