- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water (105~)
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. rosemary
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Add butter, sugar and salt; let cool.

3Mix yeast and warm water.

4Add milk mixture.

5Add flour and herbs.

6Knead mixture.

7Let rise for approximately 1 hour.

8Punch, knead and let rise another 10 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
