  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. warm water (105~)
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. rosemary

    Scald milk.

    Add butter, sugar and salt; let cool.

    Mix yeast and warm water.

    Add flour and herbs.

    Punch, knead and let rise another 10 minutes.
