  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion (I use fresh)
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add liquids and mix thoroughly.

    Knead until smooth.

    Let rise until double.

    Punch down and form into rolls.

    Let rise again.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
