  • 2 large Vidalia or other mild onions
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 tsp. dill weed

    In a food processor, process quartered onions until finely chopped.

    Add 1 cup cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and 2 teaspoons dill weed.
