- 12 diced onion
- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 14 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 12 tablespoon spaghetti sauce
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat pan over medium-low heat.

2Caramelize onions and butter in the pan for about thirty minutes or until browned and softened, stirring occasionally.

3About two minutes before the onions are done, add two teaspoons of balsamic vinegar.

4Put all of the ingredients, including the onions, into a blender of food processor.

5Pulse several times or until still barely chunky.
