  • 2 lb. Vidalia onions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 deep dish pastry shell
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Saute onions in butter.

    Combine eggs and sour cream. Add seasonings and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and cook 20 minutes.
