- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 deep dish pastry shell
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Combine eggs and sour cream. Add seasonings and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and cook 20 minutes.
