  • 2 medium sized onions
  • butter
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • dash of nutmeg
