- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth, undiluted
- 2-3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 cup rice
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine until soft.

2Add broth and bring to boil.

5Cook covered for about 25 minutes or until rice is soft and relatively dry.
