- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley
- 2 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- dash of salt
Directions

1Heat margarine until bubbly and hot.

2Add onions, celery and sage.

3Cook, stirring, until onions are golden, approximately 3 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Add rest of ingredients.

6Toss, transfer to 1-quart casserole and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings; each serving contains 90 calories.
