  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Heat margarine until bubbly and hot.

    Add onions, celery and sage.

    Cook, stirring, until onions are golden, approximately 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Toss, transfer to 1-quart casserole and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings; each serving contains 90 calories.
