Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 white onions
  • 1/2 pt. milk
  • butter, half the size of egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Boil onions until tender; mince fine.

    Boil milk; add butter, salt and pepper.

    Stir in minced onion and flour which has been moistened with milk.
