Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn mix
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 jalapenos (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Saute the onions in butter. Add dill weed, salt, pepper, 1/2 cheese and sour cream. Set aside.

    Mix Jiffy mix, egg, milk, corn and green chilies.
  3. 3
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer onion mixture and put the other 1/2 of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
