  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped onions
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Defrost onions and squeeze liquid out.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Bake, uncovered, in 2 qt. casserole dish for 15 minutes at 425°.

    Serve with corn chips (Scoops are best for dipping), Triscuits or Melba rounds.
