- 3 onions, sliced thinly
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans beef broth (10-oz.)
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

2Pour soup into soup cups and float a slice of bread on each. Place 1/4 cup cheese on top of bread.
