- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 5 c. bouillon
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 slice toast (per person)
Directions

1Heat butter; add onions.

3Add bouillon and simmer 30 minutes.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Put toast in bowl. Pour soup over toast and top with Parmesan cheese.
