- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cans consomme
- 3 cans water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine
- granulated garlic powder
- grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in butter and oil until golden and limp.

2Stir in flour.

3Add liquid and salt.

4Simmer 15 minutes.
