- 3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- green onion fan
Directions

1Saute green onions in hot oil in a large skillet until tender. Add rice and next 5 ingredients.

2Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

3Garnish with a green onion fan.

4Yields 4 to 6 servings.
