- 1 c. shoyu
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 to 2 eggs, beaten
- flour
- green onions, chopped
Directions

1Combine the shoyu, sugar and garlic.

2Soak the flank steak in the marinade for 1 to 2 hours.

3Add green onions.

4Flour each piece of flank steak and dip into the beaten eggs.

5Fry in a small amount of oil until done.
