  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 large box Cool Whip (reserve remainder for topping)
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate Jell-O instant pudding mix

Directions

    Mix flour and nuts; add melted margarine and mix well.

    Spread in a long pan and cook on 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
