Ingredients

  • 12 cup freshly brewed espresso (125 ml)
  • 12 cup lightly packed brown sugar (125 ml)
  • 1 cup alcohol (250 ml) or 1 cup vodka (250 ml)
  • 13 cup brandy (75 ml) or 13 cup rum (75 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Place hot coffee in a 2-cup (500 ml) measure and stir in sugar until dissolved.

    Stir in alcohol, brandy and vanilla.

    Pour into a clean bottle.

    Store 4 weeks before using.
