- 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 6 oz. orange juice concentrate
- 1 c. cold water
Directions

1Drain apricots; puree in blender.

2Add enough water to syrup from apricots to make 1 1/2 cups.

3Combine syrup and gelatin; heat to boiling to dissolve gelatin.

4Add concentrate; stir until melted.

5Stir in apricot puree and water.

6Pour into 5-cup mold and chill.
