  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Dash salt
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 medium banana, sliced

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine the water, orange juice concentrate, tapioca, sugar and salt; mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened.

    Fold in the oranges. Pour into serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Garnish with banana slices.
