- 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. canned chicken broth
- 1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. chopped basil leaves
- 1/8 tsp. grated orange rind
- 3 c. hot, cooked whole wheat linguine, cooked without salt or fat
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh orange slices (optional)
- fresh basil sprigs (optional)
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan. Stir well. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.

2Add chopped basil and orange rind. Stir well.

3Pour over linguine.

4Toss gently to coat.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Garnish with orange slices and basil sprigs. Yields 6 servings.
