- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 16 oz. whipped topping
- 4 egg whites
- 1 large angel food cake
Directions

1Mix together milk, sugar, egg yolks, self-rising flour and salt in a heavy saucepan.

2Cook until thickened.

3Remove from heat.

4Add gelatin and orange juice concentrate.

5Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Fold into 1/2 of the whipped topping.

6Then fold this into the cooled, cooked mixture.
