  • 1 1/2 cup A.P. flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure orange extract
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest

    Pre-heat oven to 350, prep 9 x 13 pan.

    In a medium bowl, stir tog.

    flour, sugar and salt.

    Add butter, eggs, extract and 1 tsp.

    orange zest.

    Use a hand mixer to blend well.

    Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 min.

    or until light golden brown.

    Remove from oven and pierce entire cake with a fork if you are putting on the orange glaze.

    GLAZE: Mix tog.

    confectioner's sugar, orange juice and 1 tsp.

    orange zest.

    Stir until smooth and pour over warm cake.

    Cool completely.

    ORANGE CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCREAM: In a large bowl, whip tog.

    cream cheese, 4 Tbsp.

    softened butter.

    Gradually add in the confectioner sugar and beat until smooth.

    Add in 2 Tbsp.

    orange zest and 2 Tbsp.

    fresh orange juice.

    Spread evenly over brownies, cut into squares, serve
