  • 1 Tbsp. minced orange peel
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 orange, sectioned and chopped
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine (1 stick)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Directions

    Whip the orange peel, butter and cream cheese.

    Stir in orange pieces and honey.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Makes the equivalent of 1 pound of butter or margarine.
