  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 8 or 10 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Take the box of yellow cake mix, and bake as directed using the mandarin oranges instead of water.

    Cool.

    Mix Cool Whip and vanilla pudding.

    Drain pineapple; squeeze all the juice out and add to the Cool Whip and vanilla instant pudding.

    Mix well and spread on your cake.

    Keep refrigerated.

    If batter is too stiff, add just a little of the pineapple juice.
