Peach Crunch

  • 2 c. sliced peaches (from can)
  • 1/2 c. juice from peaches
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 box Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)
  • 1/4 lb. margarine

Directions

    Spread peaches evenly in 8 or 9-inch baking dish; add juice. Sprinkle sugar over peaches; sprinkle (dry) cake mix over peaches and juice.

    Use stick margarine, sliced in very thin slices, and try to cover all of cake mix.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
