  • 2 lb. (4) chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • orange sections and parsley for garnish

Directions

    Brown chicken in butter.

    Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.

    Remove chicken; thicken butter with brown sugar and flour.

    Add frozen orange juice and 1 can water.

    Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over it.

    Bake 1 hour at 325° covered. Garnish with orange and parsley (if desired).

    Serve over rice.
