- 2 lb. (4) chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
- paprika
- salt and pepper
- orange sections and parsley for garnish
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter.

2Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.

3Remove chicken; thicken butter with brown sugar and flour.

4Add frozen orange juice and 1 can water.

5Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over it.

6Bake 1 hour at 325° covered. Garnish with orange and parsley (if desired).

7Serve over rice.
