  • 8 each chicken breasts unskinned
  • 1 each onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice fresh
  • 13 cup calvert's cedar street
  • 3 cloves garlic pressed
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 x oranges grated rind of
  • 16 slices bacon

Directions

    Marinate chicken in next eight ingredients overnight.

    Wrap two slices of bacon around each breast and secure with a toothpick.

    Grill over medium hot coals for approximately 35 minutes or until moist but firm.

    Chicken can also be baked in the oven at 375F (190C) for 40 minutes.
