- 1 small pkg. orange gelatin (sugar-free)
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Mix gelatin and hot water until dissolved.

2Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until it starts to thicken to a jello consistency. Fold in oranges and pineapple, then fold in Cool Whip until well blended.

3Pour into four cup molds or serving bowls.

4Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
