- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 5 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. orange juice (rind optional)
- 1 c. egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
Directions

2together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a hole in center and add oil, egg yolks and orange juice. Mix in bowl
