  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 5 medium egg yolks
  • rind and juice of 2 medium oranges plus water to make 3/4 c.

    Sift into mixing bowl the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

    Make a well and add in oil, egg yolks and rind and juice. Beat until smooth.
