  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand orange flavored gelatin
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • ice cubes
  • 2 Sunkist oranges, peeled and sectioned (1 c.)

Directions

    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add cinnamon. Combine water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.

    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.

    Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 1 2/3 cups gelatin.

    Fold in orange sections.

    Spoon into serving bowl and chill until set, but not firm.
