Orange Coffee Cake

  • 1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine, melted
  • rind of 1 orange
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. can Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits, cut in half

Directions

    Dip biscuits in melted margarine, then in sugar-orange mixture.

    Arrange in pie plate and bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Arrange on a round plate and serve with a good cup of coffee.
