  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • pecan halves

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except pecans); mix well.

    Drop from teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Top each with a pecan half.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until brown. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute; remove to rack.
