  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • rind of 1 orange
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

    Cream Crisco and sugar.

    Add eggs and salt.

    Add orange juice and grated rind of orange.

    Alternate liquid with flour, baking powder and soda.

    Bake on greased sheet at 350°.
